Returns & Exchanges

At Aire Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we do provide a 14-day return option for an online credit. If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of earrings.

Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece. We offer a warranty period of 3 months for any manufacturing defects. If you encounter an issue within this warranty period, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details and a clear description or images of the defect. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include repairing or replacing the item.

It's important to note that certain conditions and situations are not considered manufacturing defects. These exclusions include but are not limited to:

  1. General Wear and Tear:
    Over time, normal wear and tear may occur, which is a natural part of owning and enjoying your jewellery. This includes minor scratches, fading of plating, or the gradual dulling of stones due to regular use.
  2. Improper Handling, Care, and Storage:
    Proper handling, care, and storage are essential for maintaining the longevity of your jewellery. Damage caused by mishandling, improper cleaning methods, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow our recommended care instructions are not covered under our warranty.
  3. Accidental Damage or Misuse:
    Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, impact, or intentional alteration of the product is not considered a manufacturing defect. This includes situations where the jewellery is subjected to excessive force, bending, or resizing attempts by unauthorized individuals.
  4. Loss or Theft:
    Our warranty does not cover loss or theft of jewellery items. We recommend taking necessary precautions to safeguard your precious pieces and consider obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for added protection.
  5. Non-Original Purchase or Unauthorized Sellers:
    Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or non-original sources are not covered under our warranty. We encourage you to purchase our jewellery directly from our official website or authorized retail partners to ensure authenticity and eligibility for warranty coverage.

Please keep in mind that our warranty is designed to protect against genuine manufacturing defects that occur during the specified warranty period.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect that falls within the warranty period. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the relevant information, including your order details and supporting evidence. Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action.
